In addition to her vocal talent, her piano playing is also significant, with her compositions often strengthened by the contrast between airy, light melodies and boundless improvisation.

Bence Szabolcsi, also known as "Fészek," is a guitarist whose musical style blends groove-based modern jazz with elements of blues and rock. He has performed with many popular and renowned artists at the largest concert and festival venues in the country, as well as across Europe.

Gin Tasting Highlights

Hungarian Premium Gins

Our partner is Búzavirág Prémium, a Hungarian gin distillery, which will showcase their handcrafted Búzavirág Hungarian ginduring the evening. This gin is a unique and modern specialty, enriched with 24 different botanical ingredients, including the distinctive petals of the cornflower. The cornflower petal not only adds a unique flavour to the gin but also turns the spirit a light blue color, making the drink visually appealing as well.

Their other specialty drink is Zsolnay gin, a unique Hungarian craft gin that blends modern flavours with traditional ingredients. In honour of Vilmos Zsolnay's 193rd birthday, the collection has been expanded with an exceptional quality drink that was awarded a double gold star in London at the Great Taste Awards, known as the "Oscars of gastronomy" in the international food industry.  The Zsolnay porcelain tableware, adorned with the cornflower motif and with a 170-year history, has been one of the most renowned product lines for generations. The Zsolnay gin is made using local flowers typical of the Pécs region, such as Mecsek chamomile and wild ginger. While maintaining the classic London Dry style, these local botanicals, along with juniper and citrus, form the gin's primary characteristics. We recommend serving Zsolnay gin with Franklin & Son grapefruit tonic. Out of the 24 ingredients used in its preparation, alongside juniper, linden and acacia give the gin its distinctive character. Its aroma is pleasantly sweet, with juniper and citrus dominating the flavour, complemented by soft, rounded notes. As the highlight of the evening, our guests will have the opportunity to craft their own drinks using this excellent premium gin.

International Premium Gins

The Botanist (skót) – Paired with J. Gasco Indian tonic

A true premium gin, which, as the name "botanist" suggests, contains 22 plants. For its creators, wildness is a central concept: it simultaneously refers to the untamed, wind- and rain-battered landscape of the Scottish island in the Atlantic Ocean, the wildflowers and herbs that serve as the gin's base ingredients, and the lifestyle, sense of freedom, and values of the people living on the island.

The spirit, produced on the Isle of Islay, has complex aromas and flavours that are difficult to pinpoint due to the many ingredients. Citrus and floral notes come to the forefront, while individuals may count how many other botanicals they can recognize in the background. The taste is rich, yet smooth and satin-like.

Monkey 47 (Germany) – J. Gasco Dry Bitter Tonic

The multiple award-winning Monkey 47 comes from Germany's Black Forest, and it's not just the bottle that's special: it's the only gin that contains lingonberries! The number in its name refers to the 47 botanicals used to make the spirit—and, unsurprisingly, its alcohol content is also 47%. We recommend pairing it with a low-sugar tonic to bring out the rich flavours of Monkey 47.

Roku (japán) – Paired with Fentimans Yuzu tonic

Roku Gin is a complex and exciting drink that can be enjoyed any time of the year, as it embodies the characteristics of all four seasons. This is achieved through selected Japanese ingredients: sakura leaves and flowers represent spring, sencha and gyokuro tea evoke summer, sansho pepper symbolizes autumn, and yuzu peel brings winter to mind.

Gin Mare Mediterranean (Spain)) – Paired with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic

The distillery near Barcelona has quickly become one of the world's most popular gins. The distillation facility is located in an old chapel that was once home to monks. Its ingredients include rosemary, thyme, cardamom, arbequina olives, basil, Seville oranges, and lemons. The aroma is spicy with a slightly perfumed note. In its flavour, thyme and rosemary dominate, and for those who pay close attention, a hint of sea salt can also be detected.
